Information needed to arrange a booking is processed to take steps at your request before a contract, or to fulfil that contract. We also use relevant information to meet legal obligations and to handle service issues, prevent misuse and protect our business interests.
Booking buttons take you to Cloudbeds, where reservation and payment details are handled through the booking system and its payment providers. Review the information and privacy notices shown there. Please do not send payment-card details by email.
Service providers
Our website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hover and Google provide the email services used for enquiries, and Cloudbeds provides our reservation services. These services process information needed to deliver their functions, including technical connection data such as IP addresses and security logs. Their published privacy information explains their own processing, locations and safeguards. You can ask us for further information about how providers are used for your booking.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes a booking, the time needed to provide the stay and resolve issues, and applicable accounting, legal and record-keeping requirements. Contact us to ask about the retention period relevant to your information.

We have not added advertising trackers or Google Analytics to this version of the website. Hosting services may use essential security or operational technologies. Maps, Facebook and booking pages open only when you follow their links and are covered by those services’ own privacy and cookie notices.
